Dear COMCOL-members,

This year a new COMCOL Executive Board will be elected for the next three-year term. The installation of the new board will take place at our annual meeting before the General conference in Dubai.

The outgoing Board invites all our voting members to consider being engaged in the whole of the election process. The first step is being a warm invitation to our members to consider a position in the board to join forces in creating new inspiring projects for the membership. Please have a look at our Call for Candidates (COMCOL Elections 2025) to discover whether you are eligible and learn more about the internal rules.

Are you interested? You can nominate yourself by filling in the Nomination form, to be submitted by 31 July 2025 at the latest to Leen Beyers and Danielle Kuijten, our election officers.

The online voting will take place from 28th of September to the 28th of October. The new board will be presented during this year’s online webinar and annual meeting on the 3rd of November.
